Open the Reports overview
Click Reports in the sidebar. The Overview tab opens with the shared date range, grouping, revenue type, location, and staff filters.

Read the summary metrics
The four summary cards show Confirmed bookings, Net revenue, Attendance rate, and Active customers.
Each card compares the selected period with the previous equivalent period so you can see whether the metric moved up or down.

Review trends and booking mix
Use the bookings trend, booking mix, and revenue trend charts to understand when activity changed and which booking types contributed.
The tables below rank top classes, services, and staff for the same filters.
Tip Compare equivalent date ranges before acting on a change. Weekday mix and holidays can distort short periods.
